🌿 Syngonium Pink Neon

Common Name: Pink Neon Syngonium / Pink Arrowhead Plant
Botanical Name: Syngonium podophyllum ‘Pink Neon’
Origin: Tropical Central and South America

Syngonium Pink Neon is a beautiful and vibrant foliage houseplant prized for its stunning soft pink leaves and elegant arrowhead-shaped foliage. As the plant matures, its leaves can develop a deeper pink tone, creating a colourful display that brings warmth and personality to indoor spaces.

This versatile Syngonium has a naturally compact and bushy growth habit when pruned, while mature plants can develop a trailing or climbing form. Its colourful foliage makes it perfect for shelves, desks, plant stands, hanging pots, and decorative indoor displays.

Syngonium Pink Neon is relatively easy to care for, making it an excellent choice for both beginner plant parents and experienced collectors. With bright, indirect light and consistent but careful watering, it can produce lush, vibrant new growth.

If you're looking to buy Syngonium Pink Neon in Sydney, this colourful tropical houseplant is a fantastic choice for adding a pop of pink to your indoor plant collection.

🌱 Care Guide

Light:
Prefers bright, indirect light. Good filtered light helps maintain its vibrant pink colouring. Avoid harsh direct afternoon sunlight, which can scorch the delicate leaves.

Water:
Water when the top 2–3 cm of soil feels slightly dry. Keep the soil lightly and evenly moist during active growth, but avoid waterlogging.

Humidity:
Enjoys moderate to high humidity, ideally around 50–70%. It can adapt to normal indoor humidity but will generally produce healthier foliage in more humid conditions.

Temperature:
Best grown between 18°C and 28°C. Protect from cold drafts, air conditioning, and temperatures below 15°C.

Soil:
Use a light, well-draining potting mix rich in organic matter. Adding perlite and coco peat can help improve aeration and moisture retention.

Fertiliser:
Feed every 4–6 weeks during spring and summer with a diluted balanced indoor plant fertiliser. Reduce feeding during autumn and winter.

Growth:
Syngonium can develop a climbing or trailing habit as it matures. Provide a moss pole or support if you would like to encourage larger leaves and vertical growth.

Pet Friendly:
⚠️ No – Syngonium is toxic if ingested. Keep away from cats, dogs, and children.
