We ship to all non quarantine states (NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD and SA). All our plants are sent bare-rooted only.

Q. What is the status of my order?

    Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email with the dates on when your order will be shipped.

    Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it)

     

    Q. Where do you ship?

      We currently ship to all states that do not require quarantine. Sorry WA, TAS and NT plant lovers. 

       

      Q. How long does it take to ship my order?

        We use Australia Post and ship all orders through EXPRESS post. All orders will be shipped out on Monday and Tuesday to ensure reduced transit time for the plants. 

         

        Q. When will I receive my order?

        Normal delivery times apply for every order that we receive which is approximately 2-3 working days. However, due to COVID, sometimes it is takes longer than expected. 

        Q. Do you give a refund for shipping charges for multiple orders?

        If you place an order and then realize you want to purchase more plants, not to worry. Just place a new order(s) and let us know that you would like the shipping to be consolidated with your first order.

        We will refund you the shipping charge(s) subsequent to your initial order (placed before the cut-off day (Thursday 11:59 PM)

        Q. Do you have physical stores?

          Yes, we do have a physical store. You can come and pick up your plants if you are located in Sydney. Address is 42A Stapleton Street, Wentworthville. Please select the option 'pick up' during check out. 

           

          Q. Are the plants exactly as shown in the picture?

          Unfortunately, the answer is no. The image is just an indication on the size and quality of our plants. Don't worry, we do pick the best plants while sending it to our customers. 

           

          Q. How are our plants shipped? 

          Courier Option: We ship our plants bare rooted only. Potting mix and pots are not included. 

          Click and collect Option: Our plants come with the pot and potting mix. 

           

          Q. How to redeem Planty Rewards?

          To turn points into a reward, you will need to log into your account on our website, then click on the launcher to open the rewards panel.

          Next, click on All rewards.

          If you don't have enough points to redeem, you'll see a progress bar on the right, next to the reward name.

          Note- All customers including those who earn points as a guest will need to create an account to redeem their points
